Marianne directs activities for the Alumni and Constituent Relations office and implements directives of the Miner Alumni Association, which represents more than 52,000 graduates of Missouri S&T (formerly known as the University of Missouri - Rolla and the University of Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy).  Marianne oversees operational and financial activities, manages the annual fund direct mail campaign for the association, serves as the alumni editor of Missouri S&T Magazine, facilitates endowments to the association, recruits volunteers, and serves as a communication link between alumni, students, and campus organizations as the advisor to the student organization STAT (Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow).  Marianne supports nine committees of the Miner Alumni Association: Advisory and Strategic Planning, Alumni House, Awards, Constitution and Bylaws, Finance, Fundraising, Government Relations, Nominations, and University of Missouri Alumni Alliance.

Elaine oversees all external alumni relations for the Alumni and Constituent Relations office and the Miner Alumni Association. Elaine manages the alumni section events and activities throughout the country and worldwide for the university's 52,000 graduates. She recruits volunteers to serve as officers of the sections, provides on-going training for volunteers including the annual Section Leaders Meeting, organizes new alumni sections, provides marketing in relation to external relations, and travels around the country to meet with the alumni sections. She administers the Miner Alumni Travel Program, which provides travel opportunities around the world for alumni, friends and family plus serves as Associate Alumni Editor of the Missouri S&T Magazine. Elaine also supports six committees of the Miner Alumni Association: Diversity, Faculty/Staff and Volunteer Relations, Jackling Fund, Sections, Student Recruitment and Student Financial Assistance.

Stacy oversees all internal alumni relations for the Alumni and Constituent Relations office and the Miner Alumni Association. She manages on-campus activities for alumni, family, and friends, including Homecoming festivities, St. Pat's annual pre-parade and post-parade events, and the Golden Alumni Reunion for graduates on their 50th anniversary. She also provides programs for students such as Founders Day, in recognition of the universities founding, plus the Grad Finale for graduating seniors.  She administers the Alumni Online Community, Joe Miner credit card, and alumni merchandise, serves as the parent liaison for the Missouri S&T Parents' and Guardians' Association plus serves as Associate Alumni Editor of Missouri S&T Magazine. Stacy supports five committees of the Miner Alumni Association: Alumni Communications, Athletic Study, Reunions, Student and Young Alumni Relations, and Program Planning.

Renee oversees all financial accounting for the Alumni and Constituent Relations office, the Miner Alumni Association, and the Missouri S&T Parents' and Guardians' Association. This includes gift processing and balancing with the University for the over 3,500 gifts received each year. Renee administers the Educational Assistance Program, works with Student Financial Assistance semi-annually to administer over 400 scholarships, works with 120 Miner Alumni Association endowments assuring the accuracy of donor guidelines, works with Edward Jones on processing all stock gifts, manages office supplies for the Miner Alumni Association, plus processes matching gifts and works directly with matching gift companies. She processes gifts to the alumni association, reconciles alumni scholarships and all postal mailings, manages the association's cash flow and assets, plus helps with on-campus events.

Kim coordinates the activities of the Miner Alumni Association board of directors, including scheduling meetings and making all arrangements. She maintains board-related statistics, including the board manual. She supervises student employees and volunteers of the Alumni and Constituent Relations office and the Miner Alumni Association. She maintains the director's calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting schedule. She coordinates the association scholarship program, assists with the updating and contacting of the 120+ endowments through the association, plus helps with on-campus events.

Joni provides secretarial support for the accountant, and managers of the Alumni and Constituent Relations office and the Miner Alumni Association. She greets all office visitors, answers the main alumni relations phone, readies incoming gifts for the alumni association for processing, assembles event boxes and staffs on-campus events as needed.
